Setting up payment details

To receive payments, you must first enter your payment details.

To do this, go to Account Details -> Payment Details. Next, click Edit to add your information, including the payment method, currency, address, and account type.

We currently offer three payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, and wire transfers.


For payments below $1000, please use PayPal or Payoneer as your selected payment method.

•   For payments requested via Payoneer for the first time, we will provide you with a registration link first. This authorizes Fiverr as a payment source on your Payoneer account and is the first step to receiving payments.


For payments above $1000, please choose Wire transfer as your selected payment method.

•   if you are submitting a payment request via Wire transfer for the first time, please provide us with proof of your bank account to process the payment.


Important notes:

  • Any payment requests submitted via wire transfer for a balance below $1000 will be declined. Likewise, any payment requests submitted via PayPal or Payoneer for a balance above $1000 will be declined.
  • If you leave any of the required information out, you won’t be able to submit a payment request.


You can also choose the account type, including:

1. Private

2. Company


There’s only one difference between these account types. With a Private account, you can use our auto-generated invoice, whereas with a Company account, you need to upload your own invoice.


Remember that when you upload an invoice, you should enter the exact amount that needs to be paid. If not, the processing time will be delayed and we’ll need to reach out about the invoice.
